We acquired this land from Shae Homes and managed the entire planning and building process, successfully bringing it to final map approval. We designed and built three model homes in-house to set the tone for the community and guide prospective buyers. From there, we constructed all 144 homes from the ground up. The full development cycle—including design, construction, and sales—was completed over the course of four years.
